Where is Moonbeams Land?
Moonbeams land is situated at the foot of the Black Down Hills in Somerset, an area of an outstanding natural beauty.
When did Moonbeams Land start?
Jez spent 2004 serving in Iraq with the Light Infantry, on his return, decided to purchased 20 acres of land on the outskirts of Wellington to put his degree to good use.
How do you manage to run Moonbeams Land?
Jez graduated from Seale Hayne with a BSc in Rural Estate Management. Kristen graduated from Seale Hayne with a BSc in Animal Science (Behaviour and Welfare) and worked as an Animal Health and Welfare Inspector for Somerset County Council. Kristen now works for Duchy College Rural Business School involved in animal health projects across the South West. A perfect team!
Why did you start Moonbeams Land?
To return to the family tradition and to “keep Britain farming”.
