How is my meat delivered?
We deliver meat locally (in the Wellington area – arrangement by phone) at a fixed cost of £5 and we use an overnight courier for national deliveries which is charged at £10. This ensures you receive your meat in perfect condition. The meat will be delivered fresh.
How will the meat be packaged?
Our Rare Breed Meat will arrive either vacuum packed (joints), to ensure the optimum freshness, or on trays (sausages) and placed into insulated boxes containing ice packs. This keeps the meat nice and cold during delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the majority of the mainland UK and the cost is a fixed charge of £10. For other parts of the UK, such as Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands there is a surcharge.
When is my meat delivered?
Your order will be delivered, normally within a week from the time that you place your order, although sometimes it can be up to two weeks. This is to make sure all our meat is delivered to you having been hung properly and then freshly cut specifically to your requirements. Our delivery days are Thursdays and Fridays for national deliveries and will be with you between 8am and 5pm on the relevant day. Local deliveries can be arranged by phone.
How do I pay?
Moonbeams Land uses a 100% secure-server to transfer your payment details. On receipt of your meat box there will be an invoice telling you exactly how much the meat costs.
Privacy.
Moonbeams Land values its customers highly and endeavours to achieve complete customer satisfaction. We will not give, sell or swap any of the information you give to us with anyone else.
Can I send a Rare Breed meat box as a gift?
Yes you can. We can even enclose a personal message within your meat box and you can specify a different address to the invoice address. Just let us know when completing your order.
