This is a new product for Moonbeams Land. We are now putting our butcher to the test. Gloucester Old Spot Escalopes make an excellant alternative to veal escalopes, but much better value! They are expertly carved from the leg of the Old Spot, they can be cooked to perfection in just seconds. The taste is out of this world! My top tip is to fry them in a hot skillet with a drizzle of butter..... Superb!
