Moonbeams Land has now increased its product range to include pork pies. Our Gloucester Old Spot pork pies are hand made using minced shoulder and minced bacon from our own pigs. Then fat from our pigs is rendered down and added to the hot water crust pastry to give that extra special taste and depth of flavour. The pork pies are then slow baked to produce a crisp yet succulent pie. A real treat!

Our pork pies promote one of our strongest views on farming - zero waste! Even the jelly is natural, made using the trotters and heads.
