2. Good communication between you and our staff before and after the event. 
3. Our Staff to set up, at the right time, and stay to expertly cook and then carve the pig.
4. Our Staff to serve the pork into freshly baked buns on disposible plates with serviettes.
5. Our Staff to provide apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing, salt and pepper.
6. Our Staff to provide potato salad, mixed leaf salad, preserves and coleslaw.
7. Our Staff to pack up and leave the area used clean and tidy.
