Our Gloucester Old Spot Bacon is dry cured and then sliced thickly to give you a 'proper' bacon experience, not the "see through and tasteless rubbish" you can buy in the super markets. We make dry cured back bacon and dry cured streaky bacon, both of which will go nice and crispy under the grill. Enjoy!
