Our Moonbeams Gloucester Old Spot sausages are only made from the finest of ingredients. We use the shoulder for our Gloucester Old Spot sausages, this gives the sausage the correct level of lean meat to fat ratio. The end result being a succulant, tender sausage full of the true flavour of the Gloucester Old Spot, NOT a pan full of fat or a sausage that just tastes like bread!
